Understanding memorable tourism experiences and behavioural intentions of heritage tourists

This study aims to investigate the interplay of visitor engagement, authenticity, and destination image in driving revisit electronic word mouth (eWOM) intentions heritage tourists through mediating role Memorable Tourism Experiences (MTE). The data for this research were collected from UNESCO-listed city Kashan, Iran. Using a convergent parallel mixed methods approach, study's findings highlighted importance MTE as mediator these interrelationships. results also identified positive direct indirect effects engagement on eWOM intentions. authenticity significant. showed intention, with effect intention being practical implications potential future directions are discussed conclusion section.
